- Creating high-quality character animations, including both realistic and stylized movements.
- Animating objects, environments, and mechanics within game and animation projects.
- Working with motion capture data: cleaning, refining, and polishing movements.
- Collaborating closely with directors, artists, and technical specialists to achieve the best visual results.
- Contributing to the improvement of the animation pipeline, including rigging and simulations.
- Adapting animations for Unreal Engine.
- Working on cinematics with a focus on storytelling and direction.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Experience with Cascadeur Animation and Maya, with strong proficiency in animation tools.
- Understanding of anatomy, physics of movement, and the 12 principles of animation (Disney).
- Experience working with motion capture: processing and adjusting data for final output.
- Basic knowledge of character and object rigging.
- Strong sense of timing and rhythm to achieve expressive animation.
- Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine is a plus.
- Artistic taste, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and meet deadlines.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Houdini or Blender.
- Skills in cloth, hair simulation, and secondary animation.
- Experience in creating cinematics or trailers.
- Previous experience in the gaming or animation industry.

- Create compelling characters, captivating plots, and dialogues that fit the genre and target audience.
- Collaborate closely with directors, artists, and animators to achieve visually powerful storytelling.
- Write loglines, synopses, script outlines, and final scripts.
- Adapt scripts to meet technical and artistic animation requirements.
- Revise and refine scripts based on team feedback.

- 3+ years of experience in the animation industry (cinematics, short films, game trailers).
- Degree in screenwriting, film production, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of animation storytelling specifics (visual storytelling, rhythm, pacing, editing).
- Experience in genres such as sci-fi, fantasy, action, and drama.
- Strong knowledge of dramaturgy, three-act structure, and character arcs.
- Ability to write expressive and memorable dialogues.
- Proficiency in scriptwriting formats: loglines, script pitches, script breakdowns.
- Fluency in Russian and a good command of English for working on international projects.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain high-quality results.
- Creativity, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills.
